What to expect

If you are considering using a barrister for your divorce  / financial remedy case, then book a consultation (either in person or on the phone) by calling our number and speaking to Mike, Sarah, Andrew or Luka. They can arrange a meeting a consultation, the cost of which is £250 for an extended one

The barrister can advise on the case, law, strategy and prospects, including undertaking a general case health check to ensure that you are compliant with all orders and directions. Henry will then advise as to the way forward and will also advise as to costs.

If you have a family case, especially a financial remedy hearing, you are strongly advised to contact us as early on as possible, since in matrimonial finances cases often the devil is in the detail, and often one side will have failed to disclose all relevant material, so the sooner you contact us the quicker we can get on your case and hold the other side to account and maximize your chances of getting the best possible outcome at trial.
