If you need a legal letter sent to a rival, if you need official and professional representation, if you want to show your opponents that you mean business, if you need a formal  ‘letter before action’ sent, if you want a strong and professional voice making written representations on your behalf, then instruct a Barrister to write official legal letters on your behalf.

The cost of the first letter is £200 (although if this is a formal pre-action letter then the cost will be greater).   A second, chasing letter if no response is received within a reasonable time, is just £150.  The price includes receiving and forwarding the response from the other side to you. This price also includes summary legal advice as to your next steps and options after receiving the response and advice on what the response means in in legal terms.

Call us to pay for your letter by credit or debit card. Or, send the details of your situation and your phone number to info@lawsurgery.com and we will respond. Usually we require further information before sending legal letters. Once we have all the information we need to draft the letter we will email you a draft of the letter for your approval and then we will send the letter out. The usual time from purchase to us sending out the letter is about three days.
